This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later released.

Police detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
